There is a gently tapering finish, after the acidity kicks in with a lemony burst. Clean and fresh. It worked wonderfully with the cheese - the brie brought out a nice orange edge to the flavour. In contrast the Lincoln Poacher soften the acidity and accentuated the length, the wine emphasising the flavours of the cheese rather than the other way round. A nice wine worth sampling.
